CASSO is based in Our Lady Of Good Counsel -Gayaaza  Catholic parish. The latter  is located in Kampala Archdiocese  of  the  Catholic Church  in   Uganda. Geographically, the parish  is located 20 km East of Kampala City in Wakiso District.  The Parish community is shared by 4 sub-counties ( Nangabo, Kira, Busukuma and Kawempe.   It  was founded  over 95 years ago by the  white fathers.  Presently, Gayaaza  parish has 21 sub-parishes  which are largely rural village communities where the standard of living is characterized by inadequate social services and growing poverty levels.
