METTA CENTER (MC) is a non-governmental social organization for the total development of a child by providing free education and training based on stringent selection of the poorest, orphan, under-privileged, helpless and verified children, youth and impoverished woman. This upgraded individual shall be molded and earmarked and to undertake special assignments as capable and dedicated social –welfare officers with key role in eliminating illiteracy and inequality. We work for just society through creating opportunity equally for all.

Metta Center has contributed the lives of many in Nepal through it’s educational, community and various social activities. MC is planning to facilitate a wide range of educational, community, social, youth and children development programs that brighten the many people in general.

In brief, 

-         A non-profit making initiative to strengthen and empower the rights of the child.

-         An independent and non-partisan social movement against child labor.

-         A commitment in action rather than a charitable organization for the welfare, development and dignity of children, especially those who are without parents.
