Youth Development Program

We look into formulating and implementing the policy framework for the development of the young. The vision for youth development is :
• An environment that allows the youth population to develop and realize their potential.
• Weekend educational program for the youth to keep them on the right track.
• A youth population rooted in their society, with strong moral values.

Rehabilitation & Socialization Program

• Fostering a safe and nurturing environment for youth, children and family which provide the necessary continuum of care and rehabilitation services.
• Teaching the young discipline, social and moral values, and skills for re-integration into society.
• Public participatory and community action program

Woman Development Program

• Various activities to uplift the status of woman at grass-root level by providing them the needed skills, educational, awareness program

Community Development Program

• The community makes the difference and a community that bonds and cares is a pillar for harmonious living. Community network through volunteer organization and self- help groups are therefore have to tap to help in the process.

Voluntary Promoting and training Program

• We invite and encourage volunteers from all over the world. We would like to exchange volunteers and activities both here and abroad.
• Since vibrant and dynamic people are important for community bonding, we match volunteers with organizations needing their services.

Financial Handling
MC's financial record shall be always open to any governmental authorized person for inspection. Account shall be under the jurisdiction of all executive members ensuring a wide participation in financial decision.
