Gayaza Cambridge College of St Mbaaga is run by a teaching staff of 23 members (Ladies and Gentlemen) and a non-teaching staff of 3.

The teaching staff is composed of qualified teachers with degrees and diplomas from Makerere University and other reputable Universities, and tertiary institutions in Uganda. 

The non-teaching staff on the other hand consists of one Matron in charge of female students, a night watchman, who is also the college gate keeper, and one cook.

Both the teaching and non- teaching staff members are committed, dedicated and devoted to serve so as to enable the college move forward.  This commitment is shown in the effective and efficient way they execute their duties and responsibilities.
