The college encourages and emphasizes student leadership.  In this regard therefore, students are given chance to elect their own leaders (prefects) to help the administration in instilling discipline, administering justice as well as provision of guidance among their fellow students

This system is not only for enriching students with leadership skills at local levels but also preparing them for future careers for example in politics of the country and public administration.
